Ask a teacher, college counselor, or youth leader to fill out and return to you in a sealed envelope:
4) Letter of Recommendation

Ask your high school Registrar, Principal, or Guidance Office to send us:
5) Official High School Transcript with SAT or ACT scores

Have your parents or guardian fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and print out the Student Aid Report (SAR) with official amount listed as your Expected Family Contribution.
